KEVIN YONCE
Chief Executive Officer

Kevin started with TCT&A part-time in 1986 and joined the company full time in 1989. He managed the tarp division from 1991-95, at which time he was named CEO. His professional affiliations include the Mid America 8 Canvas Products Association (Secretary-Treasurer 1999 to 2003) and as a Director 2003- Present), The Truck Cover and Tarp Association (Board of Directors 1995 to 2001, Chairman 1998 to 2001), and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Fabrics Association International (2002 - Present.) He has presented numerous seminars at industry conventions and written many articles for various industry publications. Yonce also serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Champaign County and is a Past President of Champaign West Rotary 2003-2004.

Kevin Yonce has also been certified a Master Fabric Craftsman and an Industrial Fabrics Manager. He is one of fewer than fifteen industry professional to hold more than one professional certification in the Specialty Fabrics Industry

BYRON YONCE
President

Byron began working parted time for TCT&A Industries in 1988, became full-time employee in 1996 as production supervisor, and was promoted to company president in 1999. Yonce has a bachelor's degree in mass communications from Illinois State University and worked in the television industry for several years before returning to the family business. Byron served as Chairman of the Banner, Flag and Graphics Association (2001 – 2003). Yonce has presented as various industry conferences on Management and Production topics.

WANDA YONCE
Vice-President/Chief Financial Officer

Wanda started at TCT&A in 1974 and has worked in finance since 1968. She has been a member of the Industrial Fabric Association since 1975, and served on the Industrial Fabric Product Review Magazine Advisory Board from 1995 to 1998. She has also been active in the Mid America 8 Canvas Products since 1968, serving on the board of directors from 1988 to 1999, and as president from 1995 to 1997.

MARY CRIDER
Office Administrator

Mary joined TCT&A in 1981 as a receptionist and was quickly promoted to director of product development and supervised the implementation of our tent rental computer program. Currently she is the Office Administrator overseeing the office staff, purchasing, and managing the Champaign County Tent account. Mary is a Charter Member of the Women’s Business Council and has served on the Board of Directors in various capacities.

RICH GOVERT
Director of Crew Operations

Rich started with TCT&A in 1988 with over twenty years experience in construction. He manages the installation of tents and awnings, the frame construction shop, and in-house installations.

RON CRICK
Vice President of Sales

Ron Crick began his career with TCT&A Industries in 2003 after many years as a small business owner. Ron brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing. Ron has been generous with his time having servined on numerous boards and organization, including the Illinois Balloon Classic.

Ron has an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois.

MATTHEW STEINKRUGER
Tent Installation Manager

Matthew began his career with TCT&A Industries in 1996 to work in the frame shop. Matthew proved himself quickly advancing to become an awning installer and then lead installer before being promoted to his current position as the Tent Installation Manager for Champaign County Tent. Matthew oversees the installation of all Tents and our extensive inventory of additional rental items, as well as the maintenance of the inventory.

ELIZABETH A. SADOWSKI
Event Planner

Elizabeth started with Champaign County Tent in 2004 as an Event Planner. Elizabeth has an extensive background in sales, having attended many training seminars and courses. Her experience lends itself greatly to the her role as an Event Planner.

KHALILAH ANDERSON
Event Coordinator

Khalilah joined Champaign County Tent in 2003. She has a degree in Leisure Studies with a specialization in tourism management from the University of Illinois. As an Event Coordinator, Khalilah assists customers in their party and event planning needs.

TONYA STEINKRUGER
Sales Associate

Tonya first began at TCT&A Industries in 1995 with the Tent Installation Crew and in house installer. Tonya later worked with Champaign County Tent in scheduling tent installation. Tonya moved into the sales department in 1994 in her current position. Her background with the company has been a great asset as she works with our internet customers and assisting with our awning dealers.

WAYNE YONCE
Chairman of the Board

Wayne started with Twin City Tent and Awning in 1959. He was named general manager in 1967, a position he held until 1975 when he purchased the company and became president. Currently, in addition to his duties as chairman of the board, he manages special projects for TCT&A.

His professional affiliations include the Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky Canvas Products Association (Board of Directors 1970 to 1979; President 1977 to 1979), Industrial Fabric Association International (Board of Directors 1986 to 1992), Fabric Architecture Magazine (Advisory Board 1988 to 1992), IFAI Awning Division (Currently known as the Professional Awning Manufacturers Association (PAMA)) Board of Directors 1989 to 1996, Chairman 1994 to 1996, and the Technical Fabrics Association Management Group (Board of Directors 1992 to 1995).

Yonce is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Urbana (1993-1994.) He was President of the Urbana Chamber of Commerce and a charter member of the Board of Directors of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce. Yonce currently serves on the Board of Directors of Rebounders (the University of Illinois Basketball Team Booster Club.)
